OOTD- Roses cheer me up!

Sometimes I ask myself 'why do I blog, because it does take a good deal of time and effort?'  Then yesterday things at our household went south fast, my cute outfit was barfed on and I was cleaning up after three kids with the barf flu.  In all my soiled and laundry doing glory I had a moment of clarity- at least I can say I looked good for one second before barfy got me, and I have the picture to prove it dang it!!!  Remember when I told you sometimes after a rough day I reward myself with things?  Yeah, I broke down and ordered this, this, and these (crossing my fingers they are not too big!)  Today the disaster cleanup continues, I am hoping to finally get to that Halloween decorating!  Here is what I am wearing...

Since Halloween is on it's way (and I can hardly wait, since I've had my kids costumes picked out since May!)  I wanted to wear a little orange and black!  Can I also tell you how much I LOVED Glee last night!  I love me some Brittney Spears (don't judge, you know you do too!)  Here is what I am wearing while I decorate my house for the holiday (pix to come)...

OOTD- Remember when?

Let's play a game... my hubby and I always play this with each other when one of us makes a 'genius' move.  It's called remember when?  So remember when I got all dressed up in cute fall clothes (even though it was SO hot) so we could go on a 'fall drive' for FHE?   Remember when I had you take my picture before we left?  Remember when I left the camera at home?  Yeah, 'I am so smart S-M-R-T'!  Oops!  Next time I will actually remember!  At least we got a picture for the blog!;)

I have had a stupid sinus infection all weekend, I had planned a cute outfit and was going to take a picture Saturday night when I attended a church meeting but felt/looked like crap!  So instead you get what I wore yesterday.  Being that I am University of Utah alumni and because they dominated in their game on Saturday, Ashley inspired me to wear this red dress yesterday!

With fall in the air (and a coupon) I ordered a few cute deco's for my house!  I love PB/PBK and could not resist this and this, is it me or would these little guys freak you out too?  I have such a fear of mice!

NYFW- Preppy

Initially I thought 'this is one trend I will not get on board with' but did you see how cute Rosa looked in her boat shoes?  I don't think to be preppy you need to look like this:

because these guys look like nonsense!!!

Last night we went to Anthro, can I say I love the whole ambiance of that store!?  I was soooooooo good and only got these.  My sister was talked into this and this but when you look that good in something it's hard to resist!  Today we are canning peaches so no OOTD, instead a picture of my new loves!

We also hit up Target and they have some really great cardi's for cheap!  My sister also got this and this!
