OOTD- Lunch with Grandma

My wonderful MIL is here on a little visit (and to have my hubby pull a few teeth out!)  The kids and I are planning on taking her out to lunch before the 'fun' begins and she is all sorts of Lortab-ed up!!!  Here is what I am sporting today...
Top Anthro blue book: new version here
Shorts Anthro: similar here and here
Tank Ann Taylor: White tank
Shoes Seychelles: Get Outta Town Flats

Ps- Last night my hubby and I went to look at a house (we are renting) with a 6 car garage!?  All I keep thinking today is, who needs a 6 car garage?  I think we are going to end up building because every house we look at I come up with at least $50,000 in changes that *need* to be made and lets be honest... we can't afford that on top of a mortgage!

  2. Oh my gosh, I can't imagine having a six car garage! We do have four cars at my house, though (and no garage - we live in the country, though - we have sheds and barns!) - my car, my brother's car, my mom's SUV and my dad's truck. So with our lawnmowers, we would just need a boat and we could fill that garage up! I love that blouse, I'm so upset I didn't snag it when I could - the black just doesn't do anything for me.

  5. You look fabulous as always. I am so glad we built, I highly recommend it. Some things to consider though are that you have to put in a sprinkler system/lawn/fence so think about financing extra money into your mortgage to cover those expenses.

  7. Goodness, you are adorable! I love the pop of yellow in the shoes.

If I had the money to build a house exactly the way I wanted, I would do that over buying a used house ANY day.

  8. So cute! I love those yellow shoes...the perfect shade of yellow. I just pulled a pair of light blue shorts out of my closet last night to give away but now I want to make sure I don't need them....yours are way cuter with those buttons! So I just realized your husband is in the dental field... mine too! Mine is in an Oral Surgery residency right now--halfway through. A six car garage huh? Wow...just more room to store junk...that's HUGE!!! Good luck on the house hunt!
