This outfit was purchased in 2007 and everything was full price (cringe), we lived in Florida and my hubby was graduating from dental school. I decided that due to my support and help during those 4 years (and because he was going onto a residency for almost 3 more years) I deserved a new outfit. This was not the first thing I got from Anthro but definitely the most used outfit!

Graduation 2007
Also worn in last year's family photos!
Aw so sweet to watch your family growing! And the outfit is very cute too!
ReplyDeleteI love your hair curled!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute outfit then, and still cute now!! There's those cute shoes I love again too! =) I TOTALLY buy a new outfit every time we go through a graduation...you better believe it's well deserved on our parts! haha I really love your hair curled for special occasions...really cute! I also like it straight too though for day to day...fun to mix it up a bit! Hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI dig the curled hair too - I know it's you, but who would think a set of bangs would make you look so different! You and the fam all look great!
ReplyDeleteWhoa, definitely an awesome outfit way back then and even today! You're still strutin' that, go girl!
ReplyDeleteYou look great! My husband graduated dental school that year and is now in an Oral surgery residency. What residency is your husband in? You definately deserve a nice outfit for all that support! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family. I think all of the pieces seem very practical. A girl can never have too many black shirts. And good for you for getting such great use out of it.
ReplyDeleteHe did a residency in orthodontics!
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful, but then and now. And I am crazy over your shoes :)
ReplyDeleteAn outfit as cute as that deserves all the love it gets - you are adorable in it! And I love that sweet family photo!
ReplyDeleteLove your curly hair in these pictures! Great shoes as well. It is nice to have staple pieces like this outfit that you've gotten much use out of!
ReplyDeleteyou look great. you know that i love black and white everything!
ReplyDeleteYou don't age!
ReplyDeleteI still love my graduation outfit also AND I was so close to wearing it to church yesterday, but picked a more feeding Brayden friendly outfit instead. Although, I bought mine at Ross, you were way more stylish than I was! hahaha!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute outfit! Love the sweet family photos!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't looked at this for a long time, and I saw your post down below about the 'Come What May and Love It'. Thanks for saying such nice things! (I'm making a big assumption you were referring to me) :) You just never know what life is going to bring...the struggles, the adventures, the fun and laughs, but I can say that it does make us stronger and taking it all a day at a time makes it a little easier (well at least for me). I'm glad Preston is o.k. And about that talk, it is a great one! Thanks for reminding me of that powerful message!
ReplyDeleteI love your skirt so much! And your family is absolutely gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOh, I just LOVE this!!! The ruffles on the skirt are to die for, the pearls are such a sweet and ladylike addition and I ADORE those shoes. I think I've mentioned that before, though. :)
ReplyDeleteHow cute are all of you? One question though, where are all the red headed kiddos?
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit on you, balck and white is always in style. I still have my first Anthro purchases and I hold them near and dear
You look so beautiful in that skirt
