Bye bye sissy!

Yesterday was a very sad day for me, my dog Pretzel "sissy" died.  She was 14 and old, but it still makes me really sad to lose her.  She had such a sweet temperament and was a very kind and loving animal.  I was going to take an OOTD picture today but my eyes are a little red and swollen so I will post an old one I was too busy to post the day I wore it...

This one cracks me up everytime!!

There is "sissy" lying on the couch!  I will miss you!

    Condolences to you and your family on Sissy's passing, it is truly heart breaking when beloved family pets pass way but it sounds like you had 14 magnificent years together and have some lovely pictures to remember her by : )

    Oh Tricia, I am so very sorry for your loss. Dogs are such a blessing. They give you unconditional love and lots of enjoyment. I've been where you are now, and it sucks! Time really does help. Hang in there.

    I'm so sorry about Sissy...
    I know how hard it was for us to give one of our dogs to my in-laws when he went crazy around my little girl. I can't imagine actually losing one. Especially my Bella. Time will heal..

    And shopping doesn't hurt, either!

    Sorry to hear about your little guy. Its so tough when we have to say goodbye to a pet. I can honestly say it nearly as hard for me to say goodbye to a pet as it does to anything else passing away.

    Sorry Tricia! Just know he is in Doggy Heaven! All dogs go to heaven and their is a movie to prove it :)

    I'm going to miss that little sissy. She had such a nice temperament putting up with the naughty kiddos all the time. She was such a wonderful dog.

    Aw I'm sorry to hear about your dog. We have two right now and they are definitely part of the family. We also had a dog of our own die a few years ago (and sadly he was a young thing with a super rare heart condition so we can't even say that he lived a long life!)

    And retail therapy is a good pick me up! I'm sure sissy would approve!
