OOTD- Fireworks and Fun!

Yesterday was so much fun, we spent the day 4-wheeling and BBQ-ing and then watching my pyro-brother's light up the night!  My son is a pyro in the making that kid LOVED the fireworks!  I love the 4th of July, it's such a wonderful day!  I feel so blessed to live in this country and am so grateful for the men and women serving in the armed forces.  Here is what I wore yesterday...

OOTD- Red, Cream and jean!

This is actually what I wore yesterday to the parade, they said it was going to be chilly with a high of 82 so I wore this light cardi.  By the end of the parade I ALMOST SWEAT TO DEATH!!!  No joke!  It was blazin' saddles!  Today I am off to the park then to super-duper clean my pit-of-a-house because my MIL is coming to visit!  I am so excited to have someone to keep me company all day and help fight the battle (of summer boredom with the kids!)  Hope you all have a wonderful day and don't forget to sign up for Peggy's awesome giveaway!!!!

OOTD- Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July everyone!!!  I love this holiday; I always have!!  It's such a special reminder of all the freedoms we are lucky enough to have and all of the sacrifices that have gone into gaining those freedoms.  I am VERY proud to be an American!  I feel so blessed to live in the wonderful Country where we can speak our minds and not live in fear.  Where we can practice any religion we want, dress how we want and become whom ever we want!  I hope you enjoy this wonderful day and feel as blessed as I do!

OOTD- beating the heat!

I would love to post the picture of me in my swimsuit because I will most likely be in that all afternoon, it's in the 90's and HOT!  My OOTD is hot with the cardi so here is the picture before I change!  We have been running around all morning and I am ready for "mommy time"!  Question: do you wear red, white and blue on the 4th?  I usually do but am wondering if it's a little juvenile (no I do not participate in wearing those horrible Old Navy flag tee-shirt tradition!)  Here is my OOTD...
