OOTD- Which way is up?

Have you ever had one of those mornings when you get up you put your shoes on and then look down and realize they don't match?  Nope, well I did!  I was am really sleepy this morning and clearly the old brain is not working properly!  Oh well no one sees me when I am driving my daughter to school anyways!  Here is to hoping I don't forget to feed my kids today or something!  I am totally 'momed out' today and sorry folks, but let's be honest at least I have on clothes!  Here is what I am wearing today...

In the moment at least I thought clearly enough to grab my camera and snap a picture (I am one dedicated blogger!)  *Also don't judge my nubby little toe nails, I have been running a lot more lately and cannot STAND to have long toe nails!*

OOTD- Birthday bonanza!

We had a little birthday party for my baby who wanted a "Dora party" it was thrown together but she will never know because she is two.  I made the cake (which took hours) and after finishing it she immediately started yelling "I need to taste boots and Dora" kids are so fun!  I felt an immediate sense of relief when there was no sale this morning (I am trying to not spend much since we are going on a cruise in 6 weeks!)  I have been eyeing this but it would be for my trip so it does not count right?!  Here is what I wore to the party...

JOTD- Rain Rain Go Away!

The weather outside has been anything but delightful! It's been raining and cold even a little SNOW!!! I do love snow (before Christmas, after not so much!) but since last week it was in the 70's my body is in snow-shock!! At least I was able to get a few cute things on sale like this (hopefully it's not too Matronly) this, and these in green from Anthro to warm me up!!!  Here is the cute jacket I am sporting whilst I freeze my bum off!!!

Once I saw Sweet tea picked up this cute top at H&M I knew I *needed* it!!  I adore stripes right now and cannot believe how comfy it is, I also love the little buttons they have as accents!  I am off to have some "Mommy-time" and go shopping this morning (with only one kid in tow!)  I *tried* hard to resist getting anything from the sale but failed... yes, I ordered this (blast you shipping charges!) I did decide that since this took so long to hit sale I am over it already!!!
